Introduction

ARTDAG ("our company") processes your*¹ personal data ("customer information")*² as follows:

*¹"Customers" includes those who purchase products and services handled by our company ("ARTDAG Products"), those who have not yet purchased an ARTDAG Product, those who use our website (including the online shop, "this Site"), those who make inquiries or requests regarding ARTDAG Products or our company or ARTDAG Group companies, and those with whom our employees exchange business cards or e-mails in the course of performing their duties. 4. Management of customer information and provision to third parties

a ARTDAG Group companies:

As described in "2. Purpose of Use of Customer Information."

b. Registered department stores, etc.:

As stated in "(1) Customer information collected at the ARTDAG product sales floor" under "2. Purpose of use of customer information."

c. Stores other than registered department stores, etc.:

When a customer visits our store and makes a request (including implicit requests such as the presentation of a membership card), the personal information may be used to propose ARTDAG products.

(4) The person responsible for managing personal data shall be ARTDAG.
